Throughout this document, “Real Estate Hook” refers to the real estate brand of Business Growth Managers, LLC with web presence at www.businessgrowthmanagers.com. Business Growth Managers, LLC, also known as BGM, owns and operates Real Estate Hook.

• In order to process any payments you may make. We may be required to share your personal data with gateway processors such as Payarc, PayPal, or Stripe as a result of this.
• In order to provide technical or customer support.
• For the purpose of analyzing how you use the Site and Services. We may use Google Analytics to gather information about how the Site is used. Google Analytics collects information about how often users visit the Site, which pages they visit when they do so, and what other websites they visited before visiting this one. Rather than collecting your name or any other identifying information, Google Analytics collects only your IP address when you visit the Site. For that reason, you agree to transmit Personal Data to Luxury Presence and Third-Party Clients solely at your own risk.

Depending on your package, you may be given access to third-party websites, property listings, or downloads (Third-Party Links). We are not responsible for the content or security practices of these third-party links. By accessing Third-Party Links, you agree to do so at your own risk.

3. What is Real Estate Hook’s international privacy policy?

Real Estate Hook’s website is operated and managed by servers located within the United States. We are committed to protecting its privacy and confidentiality. To the extent possible under applicable law, if you reside or are located within the European Economic Area, we take appropriate steps to ensure the same level of protection for the data processing carried out in any such countries as you would have within the European Economic Area.
